Privacy notice
Enquiries to a surgical practice can be sensitive. This website is built to collect as little as possible, and to be plain about what happens to what it does collect.
01What this website collects
The consultation form asks for a name, an email address and a short message. It also offers an optional area of care. Nothing else is requested.
The form does not submit to a database on this website. Selecting “Send enquiry” prepares a message in your own email application, which you then choose to send. Until you send it, the information remains on your device.
02What we deliberately do not collect
We do not ask for medical history, diagnoses, medication, images of any part of your body, identification numbers, insurance details or payment information through this website, and it should not be sent to us by email.
Where clinical information is genuinely required, it is collected through a secure clinical process arranged with you directly.
03How enquiries are used
Enquiries received by email are used to reply to you and to arrange a consultation if that is what you are asking for. They are not used for advertising, and they are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
04Compliance statements
We do not claim on this website that any general email channel meets a specific regulatory standard for health information. Where a particular framework applies to your care, the practice will confirm the arrangements with you directly rather than by assertion here.
05Contacting us about your information
If you would like your enquiry correspondence removed, or have a question about how it is held, write to consultations@northlightsurgery.com and describe the request without including clinical detail.
