This form opens a written conversation. It is not a booking system: we do not publish availability, and no appointment is confirmed automatically. Someone from the practice replies to arrange the next step with you.
Before you write
Sending an enquiry does not create a clinician-patient relationship, and our reply will not contain medical advice or an assessment of whether a procedure is suitable for you. That can only follow an individual consultation.
If your question is urgent, or relates to a symptom after an operation, follow the instructions given to you by your treating clinician or contact your local emergency service rather than using this form.
